Shipping
At Dramwears, we make each whisky shirt fresh to order — no dusty stockrooms here. That means it takes us about 1–3 business days to get your shirt printed, packed, and ready to roll.
Once it’s in the hands of Australia Post, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Sometimes orders come from more than one warehouse, so you might get a couple of tracking numbers — think of it as a treasure hunt, but the prize is awesome shirts.
Estimated delivery times:
Metro areas: 3–4 business days after dispatch
Regional/remote areas: A few extra days (the postie’s got a longer journey)
Peak periods — promotions, public holidays, or the day after when everyone’s still in “holiday mode” — can slow things down a bit.
If it’s been 10 days since dispatch and your order’s still MIA, let us know and we’ll chase it up faster than you can pour a dram.
Returns
If your order isn’t quite what you hoped, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
The quick version:
No exchanges — want a different size/colour? Place a new order and we’ll refund the original.
Return postage is on you.
Email hello@dramwears.com.au (or reply to your order email) before sending anything back — please don’t post it to the address on the label.
What we can take back:
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
Tags and packaging still intact (trying it on for size is fine)
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email when it’s all sorted.
What we can’t take back:
Worn, damaged, or altered items
Anything returned after the 14-day window
