Live shipping times are displayed at checkout.
We endeavour to beat these dates, but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer.
Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended.
We want you to be happy with your new whisky t-shirt, that’s why we have a 14 day window after delivery. So reach out to us if there is an issue and we’ll be happy to help.
Our posters are printed on demand and so for this reason we will only accept returns if they are defective or damaged.

Your order is immediately sent to our t-shirt printer to ensure the fastest turn around, so if you’ve made a mistake contact the Dramwears Customer Support team ASAP so that we can do our best to fix this.
If your order is processing or shipped, it would be best to contact Australia Post and have them redirect. Contact us if you need help with this.
Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. In Australia, we use Australia Post so you can track from here.
In the US, we’ll include the details of the delivery service for where you can track your order.

This depends on what you are ordering. If your items are coming from multiple warehouses, they’ll all have the same order number.
However, bear in mind that tracking numbers and delivery times may differ depending on where your items have been shipped from.
You will receive an individual tracking link for each parcel when they ship.
